Roasted Chickpeas

Another quick & easy snack! Warning: really addicting, especially when watching netflix and mindlessly shoveling handfuls into your face. Which is probably for the best because if you try to save them in a tupperware they lose their crunch (but are still tasty).

What goes in:
1 Can Garbanzo Beans (chickpeas, same diff)
Olive Oil
1/2 Lemon
Seasoning: Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, Paprika

What you do: 
Preheat the oven to 400. Drain your can of garbanzo beans/chickpeas and spread them out evenly on a baking sheet. Pat them dry with a paper towel to get most of the moisture out. Drizzle with olive oil and pink sea salt and place in oven for about 25-30 minutes. Once they are finished squeeze half a lemon and season with paprika, toss evenly, and enjoy! You can use any seasonings, but I recommend only cooking them with the olive oil and salt and then adding the other seasonings when you take them out of the oven!
