Sweet potato fries are easily one of my favorite snacks, plus they take almost no effort to prepare. Here is possibly the easiest recipe you’ll ever see! Enjoy!
What goes in:
1 Sweet Potato
Seasonings: Paprika, Black Pepper, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
What you do:
Preheat the oven to 385. Cut your sweet potato into fry shapes. It really doesn’t matter what they look like as long as they are all similar size so they cook at the same pace. Spread the fries across a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and seasoning. Put them in the oven for about 20 minutes and give them a flip halfway through. After they are cooked I like to broil them for a couple minutes. AND THAT’S IT, the best snack ever is ready!
For the dipping sauce I used half an avocado sprinkled with onion powder and the squeeze of half a lime. Also, a small scoop of vegan mayo spread because why not.
Another good option, if you have a sweet snack craving, is to season with cinnamon and honey.
